Shop Seattle Gems Beacon Hill—A Pop-up
Event for the Beacon Hill Community!
We’ve got a treat in store next month for Beacon Hill businesses and patrons alike. As a part of the nationwide Small Business Saturday campaign and in partnership with Seattle’s Office of Economic Development (OED) and American Express, we’re planning an afternoon event in the north Beacon Hill business district Saturday, November 24.
On November 1, OED will announce the Shop Seattle Gems theme for this year’s Shop Small campaign leading up to the Small Business Saturday activation event, hosted in Beacon Hill.
Shop Small is an opportunity to celebrate Seattle’s Small Businesses!
We’ll be curating local artisan and food vendors as well as live-painting artists to bring you a fun and creative gift shopping experience with activities, music, and more.
We’ll roll out a full schedule of activities and participants soon. Meanwhile, if you are interested in one of the vendor spots or want to help out during the event, please contact us at info@beaconbusinessalliance.org.
Ch-Ch-Changes, Plus—Our Biggest Events of the Year!
We’re buzzing with excitement as we gear up for a season of change and holiday events we can’t wait to share with the Beacon Hill business community and community at large. As the gorgeous and ample foliage of Beacon Hill transforms from rich green to sunny yellow, neon orange, and deep maroon, the Beacon Hill Merchants Association (BHMA) too will emerge with a new look—and a new name!
We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to get to the heart of our work and how best to serve our beloved Beacon Hill. We’re beyond excited to share these changes with you in the coming weeks.
Now, mark your calendars—We’re planning two of our biggest events of the year! Shop Seattle Gems is coming up on Saturday November 24. So plan for fun-filled affair on Beacon Hill on Thanksgiving weekend!
Our BHMA Annual Rendezvous is also fast-approaching. We’re planning an evening to remember on Saturday, December 15, so mark your calendars. We look forward to sharing all the event details with you! This season is shaping up to be chock-full of merriment, and we get to share it with the best community ever. Lucky us!
Keep an eye out as our new name and new look start to show up in conjunction with upcoming events, emails, in your social media feed, and more.
