A green work party sponsored by Beacon Arts, Beacon Hill Merchants, Forterra, the Tree Ambassador program… and you! Just grab your gloves and join us by the green triangle just south of the Shell Station at the Beacon Junction anytime between 9am to noon. You will be welcomed and put to work (note there may be cheering when you arrive). Thanks to Forterra for supplying tools and volunteer project lead Marina King for ongoing everything!

If you can’t make it on Saturday take a moment to stop in and say thank you to the folks at the Shell Station who have been been doing upkeep, including throwing out trash, cutting down bushes and mulching for the past several years. We hope to bring every little and big effort to boost attention to this area.

You can also make this holiday season special for someone else by purchasing a tree and donating it to a low-income family.
When you purchase your tree, wreath or garland from our sale, you can support both El Centro and a local small business! Our fresh selection is stocked with locally grown trees from the forests near Chehalis, Washington supplied by a Latino-owned small business. The tree farm is owned and operated by Adrian and Evencio Gonzalez, brothers from Oaxaca, México.
Receive a discount when you pre-order your tree by November 26th and bring your family to pick it out on the day of your choice!
Our lot will be open from November 28th through December 23rd and will be open Thanksgiving weekend from Friday – Sunday 12:00pm-8:00pm so bring your family and make this a season to remember!
The lot will be open this season from Monday – Friday 4-8 PM and Saturday and Sunday 12 – 8 PM and is located at 2524 16th Ave S, Seattle (at the kiosko on south side).
