8-24 Outdoor Cinema at Jefferson Park – This is a free event sponsored by the Jefferson Advisory Council. Bring the family, a blanket, and weather appropriate clothing for this G-rated film from 1977. Screening starts at dusk (i.e., the movie will start when it is dark enough, hopefully by 9pm at the latest) and will be held in the north end of the park, likely the amphitheater area. There will be refreshments available for purchase. All proceeds will benefit the Teen Programs at Jefferson Community Center.
